We keep it simple, but we keep it clear.
At Sarah Dee’s Meeting and Event Space, our goal is to provide every renter with a smooth, stress-free experience. To ensure this, we ask all guests to review and follow these policies before booking.

Rental Time

Your rental period includes both setup and cleanup.

Please plan accordingly so the space is vacated by the end of your booked time.

Arriving early or leaving late will result in additional fees.
Setup & Cleanup

You are responsible for arranging the room for your event or meeting and returning it to its original condition.

Remove all decorations, food, and personal items.

Wipe down tables and chairs, sweep if necessary, and place all trash in the designated bin or dumpster.
Key Access

Key pickup instructions will be provided prior to your rental.

Keys must be returned immediately after your rental ends as instructed.

Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.
Vendors & Catering

You are welcome to work with any vendors you choose.

For recommendations, we offer a Preferred Vendor List.

Vendor setup and cleanup must also be completed within your rental period.
Damages
-
Any damages to furniture, equipment, or the space will be billed to the renter.

Please conduct a quick walk-through before leaving to ensure everything is in order.
Cancellations & Refunds
-
14+ days in advance – Full refund.
-
7–13 days in advance – 50% refund.
-
Less than 7 days in advance – Non-refundable.
